If, for the beneficial interest of any person or entity other than yourself, you purchased GreenSky Class A common stock pursuant and/or traceable to the registration statement and prospectus issued in connection with GreenSky, Inc.’s (“GreenSky”) May 25, 2018 initial public offering (“IPO”), you must, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of copies of the Claim Package, either:
- Provide the Administrator with a list of the names, emails, and last known addresses of all such beneficial owners described above; or
- Request from the Administrator sufficient copies of the Claim Package to forward to all such beneficial owners and, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of those copies, forward the Claim Package to all such beneficial owners.
If you are providing a list of names, emails and addresses to the Administrator, please do the following:
- Compile a list of names, emails and addresses of the beneficial owners described above.
- Prepare the list in Microsoft Excel format. A preformatted spreadsheet can be found by clicking here.
Then you must do one of the following:
If you are mailing the Claim Package to beneficial owners:
Request the needed number of copies of the Claim Package via email to info@GreenSkySecuritiesLitigation.com. If you are providing the Claim Package to beneficial owners, the mailing must be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days of your receipt of copies of the Claim Package from the Administrator. You must also send a statement to the Administrator at the address above confirming that the mailing was made, and you must retain your mailing records for use in connection with any further notices that may be provided in the Action. Failure to timely forward the Claim Package to beneficial owners may affect their legal rights.

Reasonable expenses are eligible for reimbursement (including postage and costs to compile names, emails, and addresses), provided an invoice documenting the expenses is timely submitted to the Administrator. Please provide any invoice within one month of completion of the mailing or delivery of your list.
